  • Spam messages detected by our AI (stored in database for analysis)
  • Strike counts and violation records for users
  • Server configuration settings (moderation behavior, thresholds, logging channel)
  • Error logs and usage analytics to maintain bot performance

What We Don't Collect

  • Direct Messages (DMs)
  • Any private or sensitive Discord account data beyond what's necessary for moderation
  • Data for advertising or resale purposes
  • Personal information unrelated to Discord moderation

How We Use Data

  • Detect and remove spam or malicious messages
  • Apply strike-based enforcement actions (log, kick, ban)
  • Provide moderation history to authorized admins
  • Improve spam detection performance and reduce false positives

Data Retention

  • Only spam messages are stored in our database for analysis and improving our AI models.

Security & Compliance

Data is encrypted in transit and protected using industry-standard security practices. Loopr complies with Discord’s Developer Terms and prioritizes minimal data handling.
