This Privacy Policy describes how Loopr handles and protects data while providing automated moderation services for Discord servers. Effective as of October 27th, 2025.
What We Collect
- Spam messages detected by our AI (stored in database for analysis)
- Strike counts and violation records for users
- Server configuration settings (moderation behavior, thresholds, logging channel)
- Error logs and usage analytics to maintain bot performance
What We Don't Collect
- Direct Messages (DMs)
- Any private or sensitive Discord account data beyond what's necessary for moderation
- Data for advertising or resale purposes
- Personal information unrelated to Discord moderation
How We Use Data
- Detect and remove spam or malicious messages
- Apply strike-based enforcement actions (log, kick, ban)
- Provide moderation history to authorized admins
- Improve spam detection performance and reduce false positives
Data Retention
- Only spam messages are stored in our database for analysis and improving our AI models.
Security & Compliance
Data is encrypted in transit and protected using industry-standard security practices. Loopr complies with Discord’s Developer Terms and prioritizes minimal data handling.
